Site Survey

To acurately setout and create design options for your new facade we recommend getting your local surveyor to do a detailed survey of the site and home.

Key Points

- Detail survey

- Site Levels

- Ridge Heights

- Gutter Heights

- Boudnaries

- Trees

- Paths/driveways

- Any windows/doors

Existing Plans

If you have existing plans for your existing home you may not a need a detailed survey.

Existing plans should have

- Site plan

- Floor Plan / Roof Plans

- Elevations/Sections

These can be used to recreate your facade accruately.

You can source existing plans from your local council.

A brief

We will need a brief from the client outlining their requirements for the building façade.

We will send you a questionnaire that will ask you some key questions so we can make your façade look amazing.

There is a section on the questionnaire where you can outline any additional requirements or ideas

Ideas and Inspiration

We ask all our clients to collect a series of key inspiration images relating to

-colours

-materials

- features

-forms

We can use these as a basis coupled with your brief to create the facade you have been dreaming about.
